With a Vibrant Cherry Red colour this Perricoota Shiraz is jam-packed with juicy blueberry and plums that lead to an alluring toasted coconut aroma. The wine is enriched with black cherry and violets, which are balanced by the complex finish of roasted coffee beans and coconut that come from 12 months ageing in American Oak. An intense Shiraz suited to any red meat dish. Cellar for up to 8 years.

This Merlot has a rich crimson colour which presents lifted fruit driven aromatics of plum, cherries and blackcurrants. The palate has soft supple tannins that enhance the red fruit characters and hints of vanilla French oak. Enjoyed in its youthful glory or as a valued mature wine in years to come.

This lively straw coloured Chardonnay opens with rich melon, honeydew and citrus aromas that are delicately supported by fresh nougat and vanilla notes from barrel fermentation. The wine is a harmonious balance of soft rockmelon and stone fruit with the finish lengthened from 6 months ageing in European Oak Barriques, adding a cashew nut and cinnamon complexity. A wine to be enjoyed now or in 5 years time for a well awaited reward.

Pale straw in colour and a fine bead, the appearance gives a hint of the refinement of this classic wine. Aromas of peach and tropical fruits are delightfully lifted. These flavours continue on the palate giving a fruit driven style with clean flavours that refresh the mouth. The fine mousse gives a lively lift to the wine. Enjoy chilled. A rich purple hue opens this sparkling wine up to present lifted plum and raspberry nuances on the aroma. The wine presents a perfect Tawny colour, typical of the style. The aroma is lifted and is rich in spirit, nutty and toast flavours along with a refined woodiness. Aged in old spirit barrels this tawny shows distinctive brandy flavours with well integrated vanilla oak flavours. A complex and rich tawny with beautiful sweetness and a long, warm finish. Enjoy after dinner at room temperature. Enjoy slowly to savour this fine wine.
